Farnes

Four of us set off from Harkness Rocks, a bit later than originally planned.   Usual route out to Longstone.   Lots of seals.  Even though we made a point of staying out from the skerries, they came to check us out in force ...

Lunch on Longstone.   On the return leg, Rescue 131 was out to assist with a casualty on one of the dive boats.

Fairly uneventful return leg back to Harkness, with experience taking the longer, faster route, as opposed to the 'text book' ferry glide approach, because of the 2Kn tide.
